I had 3 different people contacting me throughout who all had different information from each other somehow. Even if I would correct one of them the message wasn't updated in the system so I had to keep repeating myself to multiple employees over the course of my move so I had a lot of phone calls and emails which interrupted my work which would not have been necessary if the company had better internal communication.

I found their quote reasonable as it also included storage for a month from pickup if required. Moving house is very stressful and I found that the staff on the day; at both ends, to be happy in their work and relaxed in communications with me. Thus making me feel better. The company is very efficient and all queries addressed in a short turn around.
