  My wife and I recently recieved a new Triton from these guys as a new for old replacement as part of an insurance claim, they shipped the car up to Townsville and were super helpful until we got into it for the first time and realised the aircon didn't work, it's a brand new car. Took it into the local Mitsubishi and they pretty much fobbed us off saying its rockys problem, couldn't even get a loan car until after the weekend. They even tried to tell us "its not that hot you don't need aircon", been have a 3 month old baby. Now looking at a 3 month wait for parts and any attempt to find a better resolution is just ignored or replied back to with a half effort email, don't buy off these guys terrible after sale service, all happy and smiles until they get your money. Mitsubishi Australia need to look at there dealers service as it is really below par

  Still waiting for the courtesy bus after 40 minutes. Disappointing that they are the only Mitsi dealer within 100k's, I'd rather take my car elsewhere in the future.

  Tropical Mitsubishi were able to fix our Pajero after four mechanics couldn't find the problem and they did it promptly and were most helpful. Would recommend them.
